Checking the goods

By picking up the goods from the Nova Poshta office, you automatically agree to the quality and completeness of the goods.

We kindly ask you to check the parcel in the presence of a courier service employee / courier.

Exchange of goods

We would like to note that only new goods that have no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, must be preserved: the complete set, integrity and all components of the package, labels, factory markings and the buyer has the original document confirming the purchase of the relevant product. Violation of any of these points reserves the right to refuse to exchange or return the goods to the buyer.

Returns.

You can refuse the purchased goods without giving a reason. You can do this at any time: before receiving it, at the time of delivery by courier, as well as after receiving it - within 14 calendar days. Return or exchange of goods is possible when: its presentation is preserved (the package is not opened, the labels are intact), and consumer properties are preserved.

The Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII (as amended on 16.10.2020), Article 9, paragraph 1, establishes a list of goods of good quality that cannot be exchanged (returned).

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 (as amended on 07.12.2005), the list of goods of good quality in accordance with Annex No. 3, which are not subject to exchange (return) if they do not satisfy consumers for any reason, includes food products, the classification of which includes sports nutrition products.

Certification

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Food Products" No. 1602 VII, all sports nutrition products are not subject to mandatory certification in Ukraine.

Delivery of goods for exchange/return

The exchange or return of goods is carried out through the courier company Nova Poshta.

The cost of delivery for exchange/return according to the service tariffs is borne by the Customer.

Refunds

Refunds are made based on the results of consideration of the appeal to the company.

In case of a positive decision, the refund is made by bank transfer, within 3 business days to the bank card specified by the client.
