SELF-DELIVERY IN KHARKOV

If the goods are available in the store convenient for you, you will be able to pick up the purchase immediately after coordination with the manager. If the goods are not available in the store, we will arrange the transfer of goods from the warehouse to the store.

Self-deliveries are reserved for 2 days! Then they are returned to the warehouse.

IN-STORE PAYMENT

Cash in the store.

You can also make payment by Visa/Master Card to the current account or by card number.

UKRAINIAN DELIVERY

We deliver by New Post

Delivery time in Ukraine - 1-2 working days.

We send 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday on the day of the order*.

*Subject to confirmation of the order by phone manager before 14:00.

WE DON'T SHIP ON SUNDAY.

The order is kept at the recipient's office for 5 days, after which it is returned. In case of re-shipment or refund for the returned order, the amount of transportation costs paid by the company is deducted from the amount of the order.

When receiving the goods at the New Post office, be sure to check the quantity, integrity and appearance of the goods!

In case of damage to the goods or incomplete order, it is necessary to refuse to receive the goods and its payment, as well as to fix and draw up an act (claim). In case of such situations, please contact us.

SHIPPING COST

Delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the tariffs of the courier service.

Orders for the amount of less than 300 UAH are shipped only after 100% prepayment

CASH ON DELIVERY

In case of cash on delivery, the carrier charges an additional commission for cash on delivery service, in the amount of 2% of the amount + 20 UAH (New Post).

Payment is made upon receipt of goods cash on delivery* in the office of New Post.

Sending the goods occurs AFTER confirmation of payment receipt by the accounting department! You will receive the number of the account for payment in SMS-message.

When sending a shipment by 100% prepayment we insure the parcel for 200 UAH.
